Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Toast the Walnuts: In a dry skillet, toast the walnuts over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Saute the Kale: In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped kale. Saute for 5-7 minutes until the kale is wilted.
