Vegan Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pastry brush
  • Pizza cutter or knife

Preparation Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Brush both sides of the flour tortillas with melted coconut oil.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
  5. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  6. Place the tortilla wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
