Vegan Protein-Packed Smoothie

In my busy life, I find that having a Protein-Packed Smoothie in the morning is the perfect way to fuel my day. Whether I’m heading to work, hitting the gym, or traveling, this smoothie keeps me energized and satisfied for hours.

I vividly remember sipping on a refreshing protein smoothie during a hiking trip last summer. It was the ideal on-the-go breakfast, providing me with the energy I needed to tackle the day’s adventures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Equipment/Utensils Required:

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups/spoons

Instructions:

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Place the ripe banana, frozen mixed berries, vegan protein powder, almond butter, and unsweetened almond milk in a blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Optional Seeds: If desired, add chia seeds or flaxseeds to the blender and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, a splash at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Serve: Pour the Protein-Packed Smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
