  • Brush or spoon a light coat of olive oil over each cucumber slice.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the cucumber slices.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cucumber slices are crispy and golden.
  • Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
