Ingredients:

  • 4 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola, chopped walnuts, raisins, and melted butter.
  4. Spread the apple mixture evenly onto the bottom of a baking sheet. Top with the granola mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
