Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, microgreens, crushed red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread to your desired crispness.
