Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the plantains and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the plantain slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the cinnamon mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated plantain slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
