Vegan Caprese Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toothpicks or small skewers

  • Toothpicks or small skewers

Preparation Steps:

  1. Wash the cherry or grape tomatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the vegan mozzarella balls in half.
  3. To assemble the skewers, thread a tomato onto a toothpick or small skewer, followed by a folded basil leaf and a piece of vegan mozzarella. Repeat until you have used all the ingredients.
  4. Arrange the Caprese skewers on a serving platter.
  5. Season the skewers with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
