  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Equipment/Utensils Required:

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Tongs

Preparation Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s evenly coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. While the cauliflower is baking, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter in a separate bowl.
