  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Preparation Steps:

  1. Scrub the sweet potatoes clean and pierce each one several times with a fork.
