Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vegan yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Layer Yogurt: Start by spooning half of the vegan yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  2. Add Berries: Top the yogurt with half of the mixed fresh berries.
  3. Add Granola: Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
