Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
